For the last few bird photos, this one included they were taken at a raptor rehabilitation park in South Africa. He was a very tame and patient subject. The was one significant problem, though. He was in a relatively dark location. I had to shoot wide open. That’s why his beak is slightly out of focus. I had basically no depth of field.
