Mystery Location
I took this shot about 6 years ago long before it became pseudo-famous. Here are some hints.
It’s just across from Harrods’ Department Store in London, England.
It’s an embassy.
It’s at the center of an international dispute.
Give up? This is the Ecuadorian Embassy in England. Julian Assange of Wiki-Leaks fame has been holed up here since last June after being granted amnesty by Ecuador. There’s a warrant for his arrest in England. Nobody knows when he’ll surrender or how this will end.
I just thought it was a cool looking building. At the time I had no idea it was an embassy.
